SEO Xcellence, though a relatively new company, has worked with some clients whose pages have gone from nowhere to
ranked in very little time. Here are some examples:
GW Chapman Consulting was our first client. This page was relatively new, but it was just sitting there with no relevance. There were no keywords, no links, and his content was minimal. We worked with this company, creating keywords, adding links, creating pages, increasing the copy on his main page so that we could identify some of his keywords. Later, we had to go back to help the client move his site to another server, and, because some of the images used in creating the background got corrupted, had to do a minor change to the look of the site, which the client loved. SRIM Enterprises website was created in 1999, yet had no web presence whatsoever. There were one-word keywords, very common words that wouldn't have ever shown his company on search engines because of the technical nature of the business. We worked on this site for a week, altering keywords and rewriting the copy on the main page, and adding both new pages and links. It turned out this client had references all over the internet because of the many organizations he's a part of and the patents he's been awarded, so we were able to link those items back to this site. Services and Stuff is a sister site of SEOXcellence, and was one of the first websites created by our company. In August, the site went through a total redesign and optimization began. Pape Creative Education Services is a website I created for a client who wasn't totally starting from scratch, but had her original site hosted on a shared website. Therefore, we did a total redesign, except for the background, which the owner had on her original site and wanted to keep. The site is a combination of both CSS and HTML, and was set up to be able to grow as much as the owner wishes to add to it. Li'l Specs is a website I created for a client who wanted to be able to sell her customized clay animal pins online. The problem to get around on this site is that each clay item is a one of a kind item; no two will ever look exactly alike. So, it didn't make sense to create a shopping cart for each separate item, since, once it sold either online or in person, it could never be exactly duplicated. So we put a global shopping cart on each page, which allows the customer to tell the client just what it is that's wanted. And this page has a wild font that some people will see, and others will see a standard font, with bright and vibrant colors. Within two weeks, this site was in the top ten for one of its main search terms.
As we said in our tutorial, these rankings can change quickly, both positively
and negatively, depending on what else is going on
over the internet. However, if these pages are continuously optimized, they should all keep increasing in relevance as time goes
on. SEO Xcellence hopes to continue working with all of our clients towards that goal.
