Internet Marketing Consulting - This is a full, hands on review of a person's full website. This can be an in-person meeting, over the phone, or through email. This will be charged at an hourly rate, as it's also considered an educational service being provided.

Web Optimization Review - We will do a website optimization review, which will include recommendations of other things that may help your website do better online. The fee for that is $400 for up to 10 pages. Extra pages will be billed at $15 a page.

New Website Creation - charged per hour, with a $500 deposit required, or an agreed upon contract rate for the entire project with 35% down. The client will be responsible for purchasing the domain name and paying for the hosting service, but SEO Xcellence will handle the set up of the site. The session beforehand, where the discussion of what the page will be about, it's look and content, will not be charged, but work will not begin until the deposit has been paid. Depending on level of content and commitment from the client, the creation of a website can take between 20 and 60 hours.

Monthly Website Monitoring/Webmaster - This service gives you up to five hours of maintenance a month, optimization or including any small changes the client wishes to make, a monthly report, and if an extended project is requested, it will be performed at a reduced rate. Writing Services - SEO Xcellence performs writing services for clients web based properties. These writing services can include article writing, blog writing, or rewriting content on websites. There are different levels of service for blog writing based on how many blog posts might be requested for the month.

You may ask why we don't post an hourly rate. SEO Xcellence offers different rates based on many different factors. If someone is in an organization we're affiliated with, they will get a discounted rate. If someone has a large scale project, we will probably offer some sort of discounted rate. As it pertains to optimization, a client might decide they don't want the full optimization, instead opting for so many hours instead, as in less than ten. In that case, the rate might be slightly higher. Most companies that perform these services charge anywhere between $99 and $500 an hour.
