Web Optimization Review - flat fee agreed upon amount, based on the scope of the review requested, with a $100 deposit required. This will be a full report of the optimization opportunities you can take to make your website more relevant, if you wish to do the optimization on your own.

Full Website Optimization - charged per hour, with a $300 deposit required (if this follows the optimization review, the $100 paid will be considered as the initial payment of the full optimization). Most optimization projects take between 10 and 20 hours.

New Website Creation - charged per hour, with a $500 deposit required, or an agreed upon contract rate for the entire project with 25% down. The client will be responsible for purchasing the domain name and paying for the hosting service, but SEO Xcellence will handle the set up of the site. The session beforehand, where the discussion of what the page will be about, it's look and content, will not be charged, but will not begin until the deposit has been paid. Depending on level of content, the creation of a website can take between 20 and 60 hours.

Monthly Website Monitoring/Webmaster - $125 a month. This is important because search engines look for refreshed content in order to keep your website relevant. This service gives you up to three hours of maintenance a month, optimization or including any small changes the client wishes to make, and if an extended project is requested, it will be performed at a reduced rate.

You may ask why we don't post an hourly rate. SEO Xcellence offers different rates based on many different factors. If someone is in an organization we're affiliated with, they will get a discounted rate. If someone has a large scale project, we will probably offer some sort of discounted rate. As it pertains to optimization, a client might decide they don't want the full optimization, instead opting for so many hours instead, as in less than ten. In that case, the rate might be slightly higher. Just so you know, most companies that perform these services charge anywhere between $99 and $500.
